Work work balance

The area around where I work has great photowalk potential. So many things to see in all directions. I keep meaning to go out and take some pictures during my lunch break, except that I don’t really take lunch breaks. I guess that’s an issue, but it’s only for a short period of time so I don’t really mind. I enjoy not being on a clock.

But it all means that most nights I come home, sit down here and don’t know what to write. I’m not in the habit of talking much about work on my blog, but it seems that that is what takes up the majority of my time.

I’ve been busy working on the new exhibit at Museum of Vancouver. It opens next Wednesday. Among other things, we’re looking for home canning to put on display. If you’ve got any you’re willing to part with, I’d love to hear from you!

Once I get a couple projects at work off my plate I’m going to have some more time off to do some other things. Blogging is definitely on that list, as is doing summer stuff. I never get to do summer stuff.
